Position Summary

The Inventory Specialist will be responsible for managing inventory accuracy, receiving and stocking merchandise, monitoring stock levels, and supporting warehouse and retail operations. The ideal candidate has 1โ€“2 years of inventory, warehouse, logistics, or stock management experience and possesses strong organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive, inspect, and accurately record incoming inventory shipments.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records using inventory management systems.
  • Perform regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits.
  • Monitor stock levels and report low inventory to management.
  • Organize and maintain warehouse and storage areas for maximum efficiency.
  • Prepare and process inventory transfers, returns, and adjustments.
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
  • Label, categorize, and store products appropriately.
