What You'll Do
As an Inventory Assistant, you'll play an important role in ensuring our inventory is accurate, organized, and ready for both our sales team and customers.
Responsibilities include:
- Assist with managing new and pre-owned vehicle inventory.
- Verify vehicle information and maintain inventory accuracy.
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing vehicle movements.
- Assist with dealer trades, vehicle transfers, and inventory logistics.
- Help maintain lot organization and vehicle placement.
- Ensure vehicles are properly photographed and represented online.
- Monitor inventory reports and communicate discrepancies.
- Work closely with Sales, Service, and Management to support daily operations.
- Perform regular lot audits to maintain accurate inventory records.
- Help prepare vehicles for sale by ensuring required documentation and vehicle status are complete.
