Spectrum Promotional Products is hiring a Warehouse Assistant Manager to support daily operations and assist our Warehouse Manager. This is a hands-on role that helps keep our warehouse organized, efficient, and running smoothly.

Responsibilities

  • Support daily warehouse operations and team workflow
  • Pick, pack, and ship orders
  • Receive and stock inventory
  • Assist with inventory counts and organization
  • Help train team members and keep projects on track
  • Communicate with internal teams on order or inventory issues

Requirements

  • 2+ years of warehouse, logistics, or fulfillment experience

  • Ability to lift/move boxes
