Position Summary:

The Inventory Control Specialist is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory of detail and finished good parts.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Facilitate the moving of material and parts to stock or for shipment.
  • Ensure proper labeling, storage, organization, and handling of material/parts to maintain quality and accessibility.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts, physical inventories, and audits.
  • Operate a forklift and pallet jack to assist in the movement and organization of inventory.
  • Communicate professionally and effectively with team members and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Work under tight deadlines while maintaining a high degree of accuracy in all inventory-related tasks.
  • Assist other departments to process, load, and prepare shipments as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned or requested.
  • Previous experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or logistics; preferred.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining a high degree of accuracy.
  • Must be able to operate a forklift and pallet jack.
  • Ability to professionally communicate and work well with others.

Previous experience is preferred but consideration will be given to all applicants with superior work ethic and a positive attitude.
