Responsibilities
Lead Global Employee Communications
  • Develop and execute global internal communication strategies aligned with business priorities and culture.
  • Partner with leaders to create clear, engaging communications that connect employees to Pizza Hut's strategy and vision.
  • Advise leaders on communication best practices and messaging.

Own Enterprise Communication Channels
  • Manage Pizza Hut's employee intranet (HutHQ) and oversee content across internal communication channels.
  • Develop editorial calendars and continuously enhance communication channels to improve engagement and employee experience.

Produce Global Town Halls & Executive Communications
  • Lead planning and production of quarterly Global Town Halls from concept through execution.
  • Develop executive messaging, presentations, scripts and supporting communications.
  • Manage speaker preparation, agendas, employee Q&A and post-event communications.
  • Identify opportunities to increase engagement and improve the employee experience during company-wide events.

Bring Our Culture to Life
  • Tell compelling employee stories that celebrate our people, culture and business impact.
  • Partner with People & Culture to support engagement initiatives, recognition programs and key employee moments.

Drive Organizational Change Communications
  • Develop communication plans that support organizational change and major business initiatives.
  • Equip leaders with messaging and communication tools to successfully engage their teams.

Support the Broader Communications Team
  • Assist with crisis communications, executive events and other strategic communications initiatives as needed.
  • Partner closely with external communications and brand teams to ensure consistency across all audiences.

Qualifications
Required:
  • (6-8) years of experience with a public relations agency or in internal communications, corporate communications or employee engagement
  • Exceptional writing, editing and storytelling skills
  • Experience developing executive communications and supporting senior leaders
  • Experience managing intranet platforms and digital communication channels
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Comfortable working independently while collaborating across a highly matrixed organization
  • Experience producing company-wide meetings, town halls or large employee events
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to think strategically while remaining hands-on in execution
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
  • Required in Plano Office 3 days a week
  • Required on-call time (approximately every 3rd weekend and after hours)

Preferred:
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, or a related field
  • Experience supporting global organizations
  • Experience with organizational change and transformation communications
  • Familiarity with SharePoint, Liferay or other enterprise intranet platforms
  • Experience using employee engagement and communications analytics tools
  • Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Canva

Salary Range: $125,200 to $147,200 annually + bonus eligibility. This is the expected salary range for this position. Ultimately, in determining pay, we'll consider the successful candidate's location, experience, and other job-related factors.
