Intimate Bond Counseling Center is excited to announce an opening for a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our telehealth practice. In this full-time role, you will provide remote therapeutic services that aim to improve the emotional and relational well-being of our clients. This role is structured as a remote position, allowing for flexibility and the convenience of working from home. You will engage with clients through secure telehealth platforms, ensuring that every session is confidential and professional. • Conduct one-on-one and family therapy sessions with clients using telehealth technology, ensuring comfort and confidentiality.
• Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans tailored to address each client's unique needs and goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation of client progress, session notes, and treatment updates in accordance with ethical standards and legal requirements.
• Provide crisis intervention and support, helping clients navigate emergencies or significant life challenges as they arise.
• Collaborate with a network of healthcare professionals to coordinate care, share insights, and enhance holistic treatment for clients.
• Stay informed of industry developments, attending training sessions or workshops as needed to ensure compliance with best practices and continuing education.

In this role, you will work with a diverse patient population struggling with various issues, including relationship conflicts, anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and life transitions. Your skills and compassion will be essential in fostering a trusting therapeutic alliance, where clients feel empowered to explore their feelings, behaviors, and relationships without judgment.

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
• Valid and active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of California.
• Demonstrated experience providing therapy services remotely, utilizing telehealth platforms efficiently.
• Exceptional communication skills with a strong ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities, crucial for managing a caseload effectively.

• At least two years of clinical experience as a licensed therapist in a similar setting.
• Familiarity with specific treatment modalities such as CBT, EMDR, or family systems therapy.
• Experience working with diverse populations, including multicultural communities.
