Truck Driver Nation is seeking a CDL Driver Outreach Representative to communicate with professional drivers who have expressed interest in available trucking opportunities.
This position focuses on candidate engagement. The goal is to establish professional contact, understand what the driver is looking for, and determine whether the candidate should advance through the recruiting process.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
โ€ข Contact CDL driver applicants and recruiting leads
โ€ข Respond to candidates requesting information about available positions
โ€ข Ask preliminary questions regarding CDL status and driving experience
โ€ข Learn driver preferences for routes, equipment, home time, and position type
โ€ข Record candidate responses and recruiting activity
โ€ข Schedule qualified drivers for appropriate next steps
โ€ข Follow up with interested candidates who require additional contact
โ€ข Maintain professional communication throughout the process
