Orangetheory Fitness is looking for a passionate Fitness Coach to lead our science-backed, technology-tracked, & coach-inspired workouts while being a brand ambassador for the OTF community.ย 
Schedule:

This position offers part-time opportunities with flexible scheduling; averaging 13 classes per week with the option to coach additional classes as available within your region.

Life of a Fitness Coach at Orangetheory:

  • Guiding and motivating members through pre-defined workouts
  • Ensuring members are using correct form and offering adjustments if needed
  • Demonstrate usage of fitness equipment utilized for each workout
  • Perform basic cleaning and maintenance of the state-of-the-art studio
  • Understanding the science behind our strength and heart-rate focused training programs, and staying up to date on active fitness industry trends
  • Building meaningful connections and creating community as you expand your personal brand and network within the fitness industry
  • Positively changing the lives of others by helping members set and achieve personal fitness goals
Are you Qualified?

  • Currently fitness certified from an education company approved by Orangetheory Fitness:
    • ACE, ACSM, ISSA, NASM, NSCA
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Current AED/CPR certification
  • Successful completion of the OTFit Certification Program
  • Have a functional understanding of strength and heart rate-based interval training
  • Experience working in a fitness environment (preferred)
  • A team player committed to growth and excellence
