Job Summary
The Sugaring Hut is seeking a licensed Esthetician, or Master Esthetician, to join our team as a Sugarista. This is a hands-on role specializing in body sugaring services, with opportunities to grow into skin treatments if youre passionate about it.
At The Sugaring Hut, we dont just remove hairwe help people feel confident, empowered, and celebrated in their own skin. As a Sugarista, youll provide expert services, educate clients on aftercare, and create an uplifting, body-positive experience for every guest.
This position is ideal for someone who values kindness, teamwork, and growth. Youll start with a minimal schedule (evening availability required) and have the chance to expand your skills and hours as your career develops.
Responsibilities
  • Perform expert body sugaring servicesfrom brows to Brazilianswith care, precision, and professionalism.
  • Create a welcoming, judgment-free environment where every client feels seen and celebrated.
  • Educate clients on post-sugaring aftercare and skin maintenance.
  • Recommend skincare and retail products with confidence and authenticity.
  • Guide clients in booking both sugaring and skin services based on their needs.
  • Learn and understand all of The Sugaring Huts skincare lines and facial offerings.
  • Maintain excellent sanitation standards and a clean, organized treatment room.
  • Stay current on sugaring techniques and industry best practices.
