Job description

Step into a rewarding contract opportunity serving students as a Sign Language Interpreter in a dynamic school-based setting near Bolingbrook, IL. This position calls for proficiency in American Sign Language and a dedication to helping students access education through effective communication support.

Key Qualifications:

  • Certification as a Sign Language Interpreter (SLI) or equivalent credentials.
  • Demonstrated fluency in American Sign Language (ASL).
  • Previous experience providing interpretation in an educational environment, preferably K-12.
  • Ability to adapt communication styles to meet diverse student needs.
  • Strong collaboration skills for working alongside teachers, school staff, and families.

Primary Responsibilities:
