The BYU Marriott School of Business, Department of Management, invites applications for a full-time Professional Faculty position in Entrepreneurship, beginning January 2027. Qualified candidates should possess demonstrated excellence, or strong potential for excellence, in university teaching; meaningful entrepreneurship experience through founding, leading, advising, investing in, researching, or supporting entrepreneurial ventures; and excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills. Duties/Expectations:

This is a full-time professional continuing status track faculty position. Professional faculty are central to the department's educational mission, teaching, and mentoring students across one of the nation's most active university entrepreneurship ecosystems.   • partner with the Rollins Center Director and staff on strategic initiatives that strengthen entrepreneurship education and student engagement;
  • work with the department and the Rollins Center to build relationships with alumni, entrepreneurs, founders, mentors, investors, and community partners, and connect students to those networks through mentoring, internships, and venture opportunities;
  • support signature programs, competitions, workshops, and speaker series that extend learning beyond the classroom;
  • collaborate with faculty and the Rollins Center on curriculum design and teaching innovation; and
  • mentor students exploring entrepreneurial careers, launching ventures, and building leadership skills.
