Leadership & Business Internship

The Chick-fil-A Citygate Leadership & Business Internship is designed for students who want more than a typical part-time job. This paid internship provides hands-on leadership development, one-on-one coaching, and practical business experience inside one of the nation's most recognized brands.

Whether you're studying Business, Hospitality, Leadership, Marketing, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field, you'll develop transferable leadership skills that will prepare you for success long after graduation.

This internship combines operational leadership, coaching, business development, and guest experience into a structured learning environment where you'll be challenged, mentored, and equipped to grow.

Availability Requirements
  • Be available to work at least one weekday/night
  • Be available Fridays and Saturdays
  • Be able to work in a fast-paced environment while balancing school responsibilities
