Intern, Bad Boy Mowers Pinstripe Bowl

Department: Stadium Operations

Reports To: Project Manager, Stadium Operations

Job Status: Part-Time, Non-Exempt

Description:
Built upon our storied legacy, the Yankees look to attract the best possible talent not just on the field but in the front office as well. It is our shared responsibility to maintain the first-class reputation associated with the franchise in all aspects of our business.


The Pinstripe Bowl Interns provide support and event coordination for the Bad Boy Mowers Pinstripe Bowl which will take place at Yankee Stadium.


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the setup and execution of events across the city.
  • Assist with the setup and execution of operations at the Stadium.
  • Complete gift bags, and ensure they are shipped and delivered to the appropriate locations.
  • Assist with packing and moving inventory between the stadium and hotels.
  • Welcome hotel guests and assist with any questions or specific requests.
  • Ensure parking lanes remain clear at all times to prevent issues with team travel.
  • Assist with coordinating and communicating transportation for the team, traveling party, and sponsors.
  • Support game day functions, including escorting important guests to the appropriate locations, and assisting with hospitality space needs.
  • Support game day operations and assist with various activations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


Qualifications and Experience:

  • Prior experience coordinating events and activities is preferred.
  • Strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve.
  • Flexible work schedule and ability to work in an outdoor stadium environment.
  • Clear and effective communication skills required; the week will involve frequent coordination with the team.


This is a temporary position that will start on December 7 (limited number) and December 18 and conclude on December 27. Interns will be required to work on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.
