Arizona Democratic Party (ADP) is committed to building infrastructure essential to electing Democrats up and down the ticket. This is a great opportunity to get started working in Democratic politics!Arizona Democratic Party Interns learn the ins and outs of Democratic Party politics with hands-on experience in a variety of departments. Interns work 10-20 hours per week, both independently and in teams, to assist in constituent services and departmental projects of their choosing.

We are excited to offer a flexible working arrangement with in-person, remote, and hybrid internship experiences. Learning Objectives: Understanding of the Arizona Democratic Party structure Understanding of the skills necessary for various political departments Navigating and facilitating meetings on multiple digital platforms Researching and organizing a document regarding daily news clips relevant to Arizona politics Professional communication with the public and within a political institution Individualized learning experiences and niche strengths developed within departments based on varied projects Collaboration within the cohort to plan and execute a capstone project Individual project duties may include: Research Data entry Graphic design Member and donor outreach Event planning and execution Monitoring and responding to incoming emails and phone calls Promoting and staffing events as needed Interns will work on projects submitted by any department at our HQ office.
