Job description

The Intern/Work Study Student will provide administrative and project support to various departments, offering an opportunity to develop professional skills in a dynamic environment. This role is ideal for students seeking to apply classroom knowledge to practical settings while balancing academic commitments.
Core Duties:
  • Conduct research and compile information for reports, presentations, or projects as assigned.
  • Provide customer service by responding to inquiries via phone, email, or in-person, as appropriate.
  • Help with roll out execution, including logistics and material preparation.
  • Perform general office tasks such as copying, scanning, and managing office supplies.
  • Contribute to team projects, offering creative ideas and solutions where applicable.
  • Adhere to institutional policies, including confidentiality and workplace safety standards.

Qualifications:
  • Current enrollment in an accredited college or university, eligible for Federal Work Study Program.
  • Senior in High School or recent High School graduate or GED equivalent.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic computer skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor.
