  • Monitor workflows and proactively identify process gaps, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Partner with warehouse leadership, inventory teams, planners, and logistics personnel to align execution with project timelines.
  • Manage and support system-driven workflows across WMS, ERP, and transportation platforms while maintaining data integrity.
  • Lead coordination efforts for special projects, large-scale deployments, and time-sensitive customer orders.
  • Track operational performance metrics, including throughput, inventory accuracy, and service-level agreements (SLAs).
  • Promote continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and established operating procedures.
What Success Looks Like

  • Maintain efficient, integrated workflows
  • Meet customer project timelines
  • Improve operational accuracy and productivity
  • Drive collaboration across multiple departments
  • Support exceptional service delivery
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Recent graduates with relevant coursework, internships, or supply chain experience are encouraged to apply.
  • 3+ years of experience in warehouse, logistics, fulfillment, or supply chain operations.
  • Working knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP systems, or inventory/order management platforms.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills.
  • Proven ability to coordinate activities across multiple teams and departments.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.
  • Flexibility to work overtime and adjust schedules based on project or operational needs.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in integrated supply chain environments involving fulfillment, technology deployment, or project-based operations.
  • Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Experience supporting international shipping or multi-site operations.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-changing environment focused on innovation and execution.
