About the Role

Comcast Business is seeking a Content StrategisttosupportB2Bstrategic initiatives, digital campaigns, and ongoing content development forSmall Business(SB). This role will serve as a key partner in translating business priorities, product enhancements, and go-to-market initiatives into compelling, customer-centered webcopy and contentacross Comcast Business digital properties.Key areasof focus includecreating a simplifiedbuyflow andenhancingexisting customerjourneyandexperience.

You will partner closely with Product, UX/UI, Brand, Marketing, and Development teams to translate business priorities and product requirements into clear, customer-centered web content, ensuring messaging alignment, editorial consistency, and a seamless digital experience across both large-scaleSBinitiativesandongoing site updates.

This role is ideal for a detail-oriented content strategist with strong short-form writing skills, a passion for quality, and experienceoperatingwithin fast-paceddesignteams.

Responsibilities:

Strategic Content Development & Writing

  • Develop customer-facing web content that supportsSmall Businessstrategic initiatives, digital campaigns, promotional launches, and ongoing site enhancements.
  • Produce written deliverables including copy decks, webpage copy, landing page recommendations, promotional messaging, feature callouts, and supporting digital content.
  • Review product requirement documentation, feature updates, launch plans, and stakeholder inputs toidentifycustomer-facing implications and web content needs.
  • Translate complex product updates, technical requirements, and feature enhancements into customer-friendly, benefit-led messaging.
  • Ensure all content reflects Comcast Business brand standards, voice, tone, and positioning guidelines.
  • Stay informed on B2Bmarket trends, competitor positioning, digital best practices, and evolving customer expectations.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Attend recurring team working sessions,designreviews,and initiative planning meetings to provide strategic content consultation and ensure alignment across stakeholders.
  • Work closely with UX/UI partners to shape digital experiences that balance customer usability, messaging hierarchy, and conversion goals.
  • Collaborate with Brand and Marketing partners to ensure web messaging is aligned with broader campaign positioning and customer communications.
  • Partner with designers, developers, producers, and channel owners to ensure content is implemented accurately and effectively.
  • Partner with Product Management and Merchandising teamsto understand roadmap changes, promotional priorities, and launch timing.
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in content strategyandUXcopywritingwithin digital products or enterprise websites.B2B experience preferred.
  • Exceptional professional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with the ability to simplify technical subject matter.
  • Strong organizationaland project managementskills withabilitytowork onmultiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Strong content strategy mindset withdemonstratedexperience building customer-facing digital messagingand copy decks.
  • Experienceworkingon digital buy flows, e-commerce, or shopplatforms.
  • Ability to interpret product requirements and convert business inputs into actionable web content deliverables.
  • Strong collaboration skills with experience working across Product, UX/UI, Brand, Marketing, and Digital Production teams
  • Knowledge of B2B telecommunications, wireless/mobile, or technology industriesstronglypreferred.
  • Strong editing and proofreading skills withdemonstratedattention to detail.
  • Experience working within design systems and component-based content frameworks.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting large-scale B2B digital platforms.
  • Familiarity with Figma, CMS platforms, and QA workflows.
  • Ability to balance BAU execution with strategic quality improvements.
