Parts Counterperson โ€“ Advantage Toyota

Advantage Toyota is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Parts Counterperson to join our growing team. If you have a passion for the automotive industry, enjoy helping customers, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you!

Responsibilities
  • Assist retail and wholesale customers, service advisors, and technicians in identifying and purchasing automotive parts.
  • Accurately process parts orders, invoices, and transactions.
  • Receive, stock, and organize incoming inventory shipments.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and stock management.
  • Answer customer inquiries regarding parts availability, pricing, and special orders.
  • Coordinate with the Service Department to ensure parts are available for scheduled repairs.
  • Track and communicate back order status to customers and team members.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional parts department.
ย Qualifications
  • Previous automotive parts experience preferred.
  • Toyota or dealership experience is a plus.
  • Familiarity with parts catalog systems and inventory management software.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
