Join us as we shape the future of e-commerce! As a Project Intern, you will contribute to impactful short-term projects and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, professional environment. Responsibilities - Identify and research prospective sellers that align with TikTok Shop's business priorities and category strategies. - Conduct seller outreach through email, phone, and other communication channels to introduce TikTok Shop's value proposition and explore partnership opportunities. - Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective sellers, track engagement and conversion progress, and provide regular status updates. - Support sellers throughout the onboarding journey, including account registration, documentation, product listing, and coordination with relevant internal teams. - Develop strong seller relationships, understand their business needs, respond to questions, and help resolve onboarding challenges in collaboration with cross-functional teams. - Support e-commerce campaign planning and execution, including seller recruitment, merchant communication, product tracking, performance monitoring, and operational coordination.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: - Available for a full-time, six-month internship, with a strong interest in business development, seller management, and campaign operations. - Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, E-commerce, or a related field. - Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to conduct professional seller outreach. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. - Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. - Proactive, responsible, collaborative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications: - Previous internship or project experience in business development, sales, e-commerce, account management, marketing, or campaign operations. - Experience communicating or coordinating with merchants, brands, agencies, creators, or other external partners. - Familiarity with seller acquisition, onboarding processes, digital marketing, social media, or e-commerce operations. - Basic data-analysis skills, including performance tracking, dashboards, and reporting. - Knowledge of the relevant industry or market, with strong commercial awareness. [For Pay Transparency]Compensation Description (Hourly) - Campus Intern
The hourly rate range for this position in the selected city is $23.75- $23.75.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Interns have day one access to health insurance, life insurance, wellbeing benefits and more. Interns also receive 10 paid holidays per year and paid sick time (56 hours if hired in first half of year, 40 if hired in second half of year). Interns who are not working 100% remote may also be eligible for housing allowance.
