Enterprise Knowledge (EK) is hiring for a full-time Semantic Solutions Analyst to join our growing Knowledge and Data Services Sector. In this role, you will lead knowledge, data, and AI initiatives, solving complex problems and delivering effective solutions. You'll work with Fortune 500 and global clients to develop strategies, guide implementation, and apply agile principles to translate business needs into clear, actionable plans.

Responsibilities will include:
  • Support the design and implementation of enterprise knowledge, data management, and AI solutions
  • Assist in gathering and analyzing client requirements, business processes, and system landscapes
  • Contribute to the development of solution recommendations, documentation, and deliverables
  • Support workshops, stakeholder interviews, and working sessions to help define client needs and project goals
  • Assist in interpreting and documenting semantic models, taxonomies, ontologies, and related solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project milestones and deliverables in an agile environment
  • Develop client-facing materials including presentations, reports, and training documentation
  • Participate in client meetings and internal discussions, contributing insights and taking detailed notes
  • Support testing, implementation, and validation of solutions to ensure alignment with client requirements
  • Contribute to internal initiatives, knowledge sharing, and practice development efforts
  • Continuously develop consulting, communication, and technical skills

Requirements

This hybrid role requires that you live within a comfortable commutable distance of our Arlington, VA office and that you are willing to be on-site 3 days a week.
Required Skills and Experience:
  • 2 - 5 years of relevant experience (internships, academic projects, or early professional experience in consulting, data, or technology environments)
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Information Science, Data Analytics, Business, Computer Science, or similar)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Interest in knowledge management, data, AI, and semantic technologies

Preferred Skills and Experience:
  • Exposure to knowledge management, data management, or semantic technologies (through coursework, internships, or projects)
  • Familiarity with tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, JIRA, Confluence, or similar collaboration tools
  • Experience supporting research, data analysis, or business analysis efforts
  • Basic understanding of agile methodologies
  • Experience with taxonomy, ontology, or metadata concepts (academic or practical)
  • Interest in consulting, facilitation, or client-facing work

Salary Information:
EK considers a broad range of factors in considering employee salary including a candidate's skills, experience, education, certifications, past successes, and qualifications. A range for a starting pay for this role is $95,000 to $135,000 with most candidates likely to fall in the lower half. This range does not guarantee a specific salary and may be adjusted based on the needs of the company and the candidate's qualifications.
