Job Summary:

As the Supply Chain Manager at Hellbender, you will be responsible for developing and managing the supply chain operations from end to end. You will establish and maintain relationships with vendors; oversee the purchasing and inventory of all incoming materials; bolster eciency across the Operations department; and develop and implement Hellbender's supply chain strategy. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in supply chain management, logistics, procurement, and production planning; possess exceptional negotiating skills; and a proven ability to navigate the unique challenges of the electronics manufacturing industry.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the supply chain strategy across the organization
  • Manage the relationship with suppliers: coordinate to conrm delivery schedules, negotiate contracts and pricing, and secure backup suppliers as needed - travel to new and existing customers is required
  • Identify and monitor KPIs across the supply chain process to record and improve overall departmental effectiveness
  • Manage lead times and inventory levels to ensure a steady ow of parts, components and materials for production
  • Collaborate with other departments to identify and capitalize on strategic opportunities
  • Own and quickly resolve issues across the supply chain process
  • Develop and implement safety guidelines in all aspects of the supply chain

Qualications, Skill, and Attributes:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, Engineering, or a related eld preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in the electronics manufacturing industry
  • 3+ years of experience in an electromechanical product manufacturing environment utilizing high volume production processes such as SMT and PCB assembly highly preferred
  • Fluent in computer applications and relevant software including MS Oce, ERP etc.
  • Experience as both a project leader and individual contributor - ability to inuence others while independently owning many aspects of a project
  • Expert in negotiation tactics with previous experience negotiating contracts with vendors
