Position Overview

We areseekinga highly motivatedand detail-orientedHRIS Intern to joinour HR Operations and Technology team.In this role, you will support key HR technology initiatives, including the implementation and optimization of SAP SuccessFactors Compensation, Onboarding, and Recruiting modules.Also, you will serve as the first point of contactfor inquiries through the AskHR Help Desk ensuringtimelyandaccuratesupport for employees.

As the ideal candidate, you have a strong interest in data management, including data organization, reporting, and basic query logic. You shoulddemonstrateexcellent analytical and organizational skillsanda proactive approach to learning and problem-solving.

This internshipprovides real-world, hands-on experience in HR systems administration, configuration, andemployee support.

Key Responsibilities
  • SuccessFactors Implementation:Supportcross-functional project teamsby preparing and validating data for migration,participatingin testing cycles, contributing to documentation,and helping develop training materials.
  • AskHR Help Desk:Responsible for first responseof employee inquiries. Accurately triage, resolve, or route cases to theappropriate HRteam members whilemaintaininga high levelof customer service and attention to detail.
  • Data Managementand Quality: Perform data entry, auditing, and routine maintenance,ensuringpeopledata isaccurateand complete.
  • Documentation and Reporting:Create and updateprocessdocumentationand knowledge-basearticles. Generate reports, dashboards, or data extracts to support HR initiatives, internal audits, or leadership requests.
  • Continuous Improvement:Identifyopportunitiesfor process improvement, enhanced system usability, orimproved data workflows.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:Collaboratewith HR,IT, and other business partners to supportprojects,adhocrequests, andday-to-dayHRIS activities.
Qualifications
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Information Systems,Data Analytics,Business Administration, or a related field, with at least two years of coursework completed.
  • MinimumGPA 3.0
  • Strong interest in HRIS and HR technology.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proactive and eager to learn new systems and processes.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and complete assignedworkindependently.
  • Proficiencyin Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Previousexperience with HRIS systems or SuccessFactors is aplus, butnotrequired.
