ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Collaborate with Project Managers and Production teams to deliver accurate, high-quality steel detail drawings.
- Review and verify structural plans and specifications for compliance and accuracy.
- Conduct thorough checks of drawings and fabrication documents to identify errors before production.
- Coordinate with fabrication and engineering teams to resolve design issues efficiently.
- Maintain strong customer relationships by providing reliable, timely solutions.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety protocols, and company procedures
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Experience in Structural Steel estimating
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Proficient in computer skills, such as Word, Excel, AutoCad, and Strumis
- Experience in SDS2 is a plus
- Produce complete sets of structural drawings (Erection drawings and detailed Fabrication drawings)
- Able to read and understand blueprints and contract plans
