Strategic Partnership Manager
Summary
Partnerships Manager - Cabinet Vision Software
***Fully Remote position within the United States OR Canada with expected travel up to 50%***
The Strategic Partnerships Manager - Manufacturing Ecosystem will play a key role in expanding the Cabinet Vision ecosystem by developing and growing strategic relationships with machine manufacturers, technology partners, and component and material suppliers serving the woodworking and cabinet manufacturing industry.
Working across Sales, Product, Marketing, and our partner ecosystem, this role will create partnerships that accelerate customer acquisition, strengthen the Cabinet Vision value proposition, and improve the customer experience from design through production.
The role has two primary areas of focus:
  1. Accelerate growth through machine manufacturer partnerships by positioning Cabinet Vision as a preferred software solution within machinery sales, implementation, and customer workflows.
  2. Expand the value of the Cabinet Vision ecosystem by partnering with hardware, component, accessory, and material suppliers to deliver integrated digital content, libraries, and solutions that improve customer productivity.

This is a highly collaborative, industry-facing role requiring strong commercial judgment, manufacturing knowledge, technical aptitude, and the ability to translate strategic partnerships into measurable business results.
Job Responsibilities
1. Machine Manufacturer Partnerships
  • Identify, develop, and grow strategic relationships with CNC, machinery, automation, and technology manufacturers serving the woodworking industry.
  • Position Cabinet Vision as a preferred software partner within machinery sales, implementation, and customer success processes.
  • Develop joint go-to-market initiatives, including co-selling programs, demonstrations, trade shows, customer events, and coordinated marketing activities.
  • Create qualified lead flow and pipeline through machine manufacturer and OEM relationships.
  • Partner with Cabinet Vision sales teams to develop aligned messaging, demonstrations, and partner-led opportunities.

2. Supplier & Component Ecosystem Development
Develop strategic relationships with manufacturers and suppliers across key product categories, including:
  • Hardware, hinges, slides, fittings, and connectors
  • Storage, closet, and organizational systems
  • Panels, doors, surfaces, and other materials
  • Components and accessories used throughout cabinet and woodworking production

Work with partners and internal teams to translate their product offerings into high-quality Cabinet Vision libraries, plugins, and integrated digital content.
3. Commercial Execution & Partner Performance
  • Own and develop partner-generated and partner-influenced pipeline.
  • Establish clear business objectives and success measures for strategic partnerships.
  • Track partner performance across metrics such as:
    • Active and productive partnerships
    • Qualified leads and opportunities generated
    • Partner-influenced pipeline and revenue
    • Adoption and usage of partner integrations
    • Joint go-to-market activity and engagement
  • Conduct regular reviews with key partners to evaluate performance, identify opportunities, and maintain momentum.

4. Industry & Market Engagement
  • Represent Cabinet Vision and Hexagon at relevant industry events, trade shows, partner meetings, and customer engagements.
  • Coordinate joint demonstrations, booth activities, messaging, and customer engagement with strategic partners.
  • Use industry events to identify emerging technologies, market trends, and partnership opportunities.
  • Strengthen existing partner relationships while developing new opportunities that expand Cabinet Vision's market reach.

Qualifications
  • 4+ years of relevant experience in one or more of the following:
    • Woodworking, cabinetry, furniture, or related manufacturing industries
    • CNC machinery, automation, applications, or equipment sales
    • Manufacturing software, including CAD/CAM, ERP, or design-to-production solutions
  • Familiarity with Cabinet Vision, ALPHACAM, or comparable woodworking and manufacturing software platforms.
  • Experience developing relationships with OEMs, manufacturers, suppliers, or channel partners.
  • Experience working with technical products, manufacturing workflows, or configurable solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to turn strategic relationships into measurable commercial outcomes.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage both technical and commercial stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of cabinet, furniture, or woodworking production processes.
  • Familiarity with parametric design, product configuration, or digital manufacturing content.
  • Experience working with Product, Engineering, or Development teams to deliver integrations or partner-enabled solutions.
  • A strong relationship builder with a commercial and customer-focused mindset.
  • Comfortable developing relationships from initial engagement through long-term strategic partnership.
  • Able to translate technical capabilities into clear customer and business value.
  • Effective at working across Sales, Product, Marketing, Development, and external partners.
  • Data-driven and accountable for measurable outcomes.
  • Curious about manufacturing technology and motivated to improve the connection between design and production.
