As a Senior Physical Therapist, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough evaluations to assess patients' physical capabilities, limitations, and specific needs.
• Developing personalized treatment plans based on each patient's evaluation, incorporating evidence-based practices to maximize recovery potential.
• Implementing therapeutic interventions while tracking patients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Maintaining comprehensive documentation of evaluations, treatment procedures, and patient progress in compliance with applicable laws and clinical guidelines.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care throughout the treatment process.
• Participating in community outreach programs to educate the public on physical health and preventive care measures.
• Creating educational resources and guiding support staff and interns in their professional development.
• Actively engaging in professional conferences, workshops, and additional training to stay current with industry trends and advancements.

Our patient population encompasses a diverse range of individuals, including those recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, neurological conditions, and chronic pain. You will be responsible for providing compassionate care while respecting each patient's unique cultural background and individual circumstances. The ideal candidate must possess the following:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• A valid and active state license to practice as a Physical Therapist in New Jersey.

• Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and other medical software for maintaining patient documentation.

We prefer candidates who have at least two years of experience in a clinical setting, particularly in outpatient rehabilitation or similar environments. Previous experience in community outreach or participation in interdisciplinary teams is also highly valued, as is familiarity with advanced therapy techniques and modalities.

Stone Crest Physical Therapy offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
