As an Orthopedic Physical Therapist, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Evaluating and treating patients recovering from injuries, diseases, or surgeries in our outpatient facility.
• Establishing and implementing personalized treatment plans utilizing a variety of therapeutic methods such as exercises, stretches, hands-on techniques, and specialized equipment.
• Monitoring patient progress and documenting treatment responses to align with therapeutic goals.
• Reassessing and adjusting treatment strategies as needed to ensure optimal patient recovery.
• Providing education and support to patients, caregivers, and healthcare personnel regarding treatment procedures and the use of assistive devices.
• Engaging in continuous professional development by attending workshops, participating in professional societies, and staying updated with the latest physical therapy practices.

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy; a Doctorate in Physical Therapy is preferred.
• A valid state license to practice Physical Therapy in Virginia.

• A genuine desire to adapt to our patients' diverse needs with a positive and flexible approach.

While prior experience is not a requirement, it is preferred that candidates have had exposure to orthopedic settings. This background may include internships or similar clinical experiences that prepare you for the dynamic environment at Big Stone PT Center.

This position offers an attractive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, complemented by a generous benefits package that includes:
