Are you a graduate student seeking a hands-on, impactful internship experience? We're looking for driven and compassionate individuals who are eager to support community-focused programs while gaining practical experience in a nonprofit setting.

About Family & Children's Agency (FCA):

Family & Children's Agency (FCA) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to improving the well-being of individuals and families throughout Fairfield County. With over 30 programs serving more than 13,000 people annually, FCA is committed to building better lives across all ages and stages.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct intake assessments and gather necessary documentation
  • Communicate and coordinate with court staff, legal representatives, and internal team members
  • Maintain accurate, confidential documentation in client records
  • Attend regular supervision, team meetings, and professional development sessions
  • Support ongoing program improvements through data collection and feedback

Ideal Candidates:

  • Currently enrolled and in good standing in a graduate program
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  • Awareness and sensitivity to cultural and socioeconomic diversity
