We are looking for a motivated college student or recent graduate who is interested in gaining hands-on experience in recruiting, human resources, business, and staffing operations. The Position

We are looking for a bilingual, dependable, and motivated Recruiting & HR Intern to join our team.

No previous recruiting experience is required, we will train you! We're looking for someone who is smart, organized, professional, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

You will gain hands-on experience with recruiting, candidate screening, interviewing, onboarding, employee communication, staffing operations, social media recruiting, and general office operations.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Pay: $17/hr
Location: Dallas, TX 75220

Internship Type: Paid, temporary internship with the potential for a permanent position based on performance, business needs, and mutual fit.

What You'll Learn & Do

• Speak with applicants by phone, email, and in person
• Assist with recruiting and sourcing candidates for open positions
• Post job openings and recruitment ads on social media
• Review applications and help candidates through the hiring process
• Screen and interview candidates
• Schedule interviews, orientations, and new employee starts
• Follow up with applicants and maintain communication throughout the hiring process
• Help build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates
• Assist with onboarding and new hire paperwork
• Answer phone calls and assist employees with questions
• Learn about day-to-day staffing and HR operations
• Gain experience with employee communication and customer service
• Assist with social media and recruitment marketing
• Check in new employees at client locations in Carrollton, TX
• Deliver employee checks weekly in Carrollton, TX
• Assist with general office and staffing tasks as needed
• Learn how staffing decisions are made and how recruiters support both clients and employees

What We're Looking For

• Fluent in English and Spanish - speaking, reading, and writing
• Current college student or recent graduate preferred
• Interest in recruiting, HR, business, communications, or a related field
• Reliable and responsible
• Friendly and professional
• Strong communication skills
• Willingness to learn and take direction
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable using a computer, email, and social media
• Works well independently and as part of a team
• Able to take initiative and ask questions when needed
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to Carrollton, TX

Schedule Flexibility

The regular schedule is Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM. Due to the nature of staffing and high-volume periods, occasional early mornings, evenings, weekends, or holidays may be required based on business needs. Advance notice will be provided whenever possible.
