We have a unique hybrid opportunity for someone looking to utilize their abilities with an organization that serves others. Crossroads Health is adding to staff a Quality Improvement Data Analyst to assist with data collection, analysis and reporting of quality and performance improvement-related information throughout the organization. Main duties include:
  • Using the electronic health record system to generate data for reports, metrics, and analysis. Analyzes large amounts of data based on the end user's needs. Develop Power BI and other reporting dashboards to meet organizational rand other reporting dashboard to meet organizational reporting needs.
  • Aggregates, synthesizes and graphically displays Quality Improvement data into understandable information which may include but not be limited to: clinical outcomes, service utilization data, record reviews, incidents, satisfaction data, and other client and organizational outcomes.
  • Responsible for consistent, reliable, data entry and data collection using the most appropriate tools and applications such as SQL, Crystal, Microsoft software and agency specific IT software. Identifies trends and outliers that can guide and improve practice at all levels of the organization.
  • Lead the analyzing incident report data, including identifying trends related to programs or incident types. Report incidents according to compliance standards.

Position Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Public Health, or other qualitative major/field of study.
  • Two or more years of data analysis or performance improvement experience, preferably in a publicly funded healthcare provider organization, internship, or work study setting
  • Database management and/or development preferred in MS Power BI, SQL, R, Crystal, or SPSS.
  • One-year Electronic Record Experience
  • Healthcare compliance of Joint Commission, CARF, HIPAA, HRSA and/or other similar healthcare compliance experience.
