What Youโ€™ll Do

As a TEAMINN Intern, you will gain hands-on experience supporting large-scale sporting events and partner organizations. Interns play an active role in daily operations and customer support while learning the business side of sports travel and event management.

Responsibilities may include:

  • Assisting coaches, team managers, and event attendees with hotel and event-related questions
  • Supporting event operations and customer service initiatives
  • Processing and organizing large quantities of data in Excel and Google Sheets
  • Managing customer and partner accounts throughout the event lifecycle
  • Identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency and customer experience
  • Acting as a first point of escalation for customer issues
  • Collaborating with internal team members to resolve partner inquiries
  • Communicating updates and solutions via phone, email, chat, and CRM platforms
  • Tracking trends, reporting issues, and helping improve internal processes

What Weโ€™re Looking For

Bonus Skills
  • Experience with Hubspot, CRM systems, or Google Workspace
  • Experience in sports organizations, tournaments, or hospitality
  • Familiarity with customer support platforms or operational workflows
Internship Details
  • Flexible scheduling based on business needs
  • Preferred 40 hours per week
  • Standard business hours are Mondayโ€“Friday, 8:00 AM โ€“ 4:30 PM
  • Some evening availability may be preferred during major event operations
