Team members collaborate across subsidiaries to support content, partnerships, and brand growth. Interns gain exposure to multiple business areas while contributing to sports-focused marketing initiatives.

Role Description This pick your time for off-site College Interns โ€“ Sports Marketing role is based in Henderson, NV and Enfield, CT and supports the College Athletics Channel on Roku. Interns assist in developing and executing sports marketing campaigns, including promoting collegiate athletic content, events, and partnerships. Day-to-day activities may include engaging with college athletics programs, supporting sales and sponsorship outreach, coordinating promotional materials, and monitoring viewer engagement and feedback. Interns help manage customer interactions related to the channel, collaborate with team members on marketing strategies, and contribute to content scheduling and basic analytics reporting. The role offers hands-on experience in sports marketing, media operations, and cross-functional collaboration within a multi-industry organization.

Qualifications

  • Strong customer-focused mindset with skills in Customer Service and Communication.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively, with Team Leadership experience or potential.
  • Interest and foundational skills in Sales & Marketing and Sales, ideally in sports or media.
  • Currently enrolled in or recently completed a college program in Marketing, Communications, Sports Management, Business, or a related field.
  • Solid organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfort with basic digital tools and social media platforms; familiarity with streaming services or sports media is a plus.
  • Demonstrated reliability, professional conduct, and willingness to learn from feedback.
