Your Opportunity, Your Team
The Video Editor supports QVC and HSN, and you will work with a mix of net-new content and repurposed broadcast footage, quickly transforming source material into compelling, performance-driven edits.
You will join our Content Innovation team, focused on producing high-impact, short-form social content at scale. This role is centered on editing scroll-stopping videos designed to drive engagement and conversion across a wide range of platforms-including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and emerging channels.
Where You'll Work
This role is hybrid and will require you to be onsite at our West Chester, PA headquarters several days per month (onsite days are predetermined and standard across the company). Job seekers must reside in one of the following states to be considered: Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware. Relocation assistance is not available for this role.
What You'll Do
  • You will create high-volume, short-form video content optimized for multiple social platforms and aspect ratios
  • You will rapidly edit and deliver content using both original shoots and repurposed broadcast/live footage
  • You will identify standout moments and transform raw or long-form content into engaging, scroll-stopping edits
  • You will apply platform-specific best practices (hooks, pacing, captions, trends) to maximize engagement and conversion
  • You will continuously version and iterate content to test and optimize performance
  • You will maintain speed and organization while managing deadlines and high output expectations
  • You will collaborate with creative leads and strategists to align content with brand voice and performance goals

What You'll Bring
  • 2+ years of video editing experience with a strong focus on short-form, social content
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
  • Proven ability to edit quickly without sacrificing quality
  • Strong instincts for social trends, pacing, hooks, and audience engagement
  • Experience repurposing content and creating multiple variations from a single source
  • Understanding of platform-specific requirements and performance-driven editing techniques
  • Working knowledge of basic audio mixing, color correction, and motion graphics
