Job description

This position facilitates agile events for assigned product and services delivery teams. Provides and develops meaningful metrics to drive continuous improvement and to support forecasting and planning.

Position Compensation Range:

$99,000.00 - $167,000.00

Compensation may vary based on the job level and your geographic work location. Relocation support is offered for eligible candidates.

This position is not eligible for sponsorship now or in the future, including through the OPT/STEM process.

Primary Accountabilities
Ensures teams follow best practices for frameworks and tools that align with established standards.
Enables the team to be self-organized, cross-functional and effective in an environment new to agile delivery.
Coaches team to higher level of maturity with predictable delivery at a sustainable pace.
Facilitates team collaboration, decision making and conflict resolution.
Helps the team remove impediments and bottlenecks that interrupt the flow of services.
Partners on the product roadmap, providing techniques to effectively build and manage product backlog and to develop a release strategy that maximizes the value being delivered.
Coaches teams to identify and minimize waste, while maximizing value. Navigates dependencies and complex delivery challenges through inter-team collaboration.
Serves the organization by increasing awareness and adoption of agile principles and values.
Specialized Knowledge & Skills Requirements
Demonstrated experience providing customer-driven solutions, support, or service.
Solid knowledge and understanding of IT product delivery, including experience in a Scrum Master role or related experience.
Solid knowledge and understanding of Agile frameworks, principles, and values.
Solid knowledge and understanding of Scrum framework and practices.
Solid knowledge and understanding of technology practices related to software development lifecycle, IT shared services, QA, and/or DevOps.
Strong interpersonal and servant leadership skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong facilitation and organizational skills.
Demonstrated ability to remove impediments, resolve conflict, and motivate team members.
Solid knowledge and understanding of collaboration tools, such as Jira and Confluence.
Basic knowledge and understanding of scaling frameworks, such as LeSS and Scrum@Scale.
