Salesforce Solution Architect

 **W2 - CONTRACT TO HIRE BY END OF THE YEAR**

**ROPES ASSESSMENT IS REQUIRED FOR THIS ONE**

Salesforce Solution Architect JD: Will be managing a team of Salesforce Developers (3-4) while doing hands on development. Agenforce, Health Cloud and Data Cloud is a must. Must have over 12 years of experience. Candidates must list their lead experience for each role on their resume. Candidates must list the number of people they led for each role where they have experience and explain their lead responsibilities. If this is not listed, we cannot consider.

Required Skills:

10+ years Salesforce experience,  leading enterprise implementations. Health Cloud expertise

·         Salesforce Platform Developer 1 (PD1) Certification

·         Agent force Specialist Certification

·         5+ years of SFDC Developer/Admin experience with Salesforce Technologies Salesforce CRM, Apex Language, Apex Classes, Apex Triggers, SOQL, Visual Force Pages, Workflow & Approvals, Dashboards, Custom Objects, Package Installations, Email Templates, Formulas, Validation Rules, AppExchange Apex Data Loader, Roles & Profiles

·         8+ years of experience with Programming languages APEX, Core Java, Java Script. Salesforce Lightning web component development experience

·         5+ years of experience working with tools Force.com IDE, Apex Data Loader and ANT, AutoRABIT preferred.

·         Experience in Agentforce building AI agents

·         Experience in Agile methodology with preferred experience in SAFe methodology 

·         Good communication and collaborative skills

·         5+ years of Health insurance/healthcare background (payer/provider, claims intake/routing)

Core Responsibilities:

·         Design & build Health Cloud + Service Cloud for Claims inventory workflow optimization

·         Integrate with upstream systems via REST/Bulk/FHIR APIs and event streams (Kafka/MQ).

·         Lead delivery: story grooming, solution design, code reviews, performance tuning, CI/CD. Must have experience leading a global team (onshore/offshore). Responsible for project delivery end to end.

·         Govern compliance: HIPAA/PHI security, auditability, role/permission modeling.

·         Mentor developers and collaborate with Architecture, product, security, and data teams to validate solutions.Suggest industry design patterns , develop innovative solutions
