Job Title: Nurse (RN) Assisted Living Facility
Location: Roseville, Minnesota
Position Type: Part-Time / PRN (Flexible Scheduling)

We are a small, 5-bed assisted living facility in Roseville, MN, focused on providing personalized, high-quality care in a home-like environment. Our goal is to support residents with dignity, independence, and compassionate care.
Position Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Nurse (RN or LPN) with a background in assisted living or long-term care in Minnesota. This role is ideal for someone who values a low-resident ratio and the ability to provide attentive, relationship-based care.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform resident assessments and ongoing monitoring
  • Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
  • Coordinate care with providers, pharmacies, and families
  • Maintain accurate and compliant documentation (per MN assisted living regulations)
  • Supervise and support caregivers/CNAs as needed
  • Assist with care planning and updates
  • Ensure compliance with Minnesota Department of Health assisted living standards

Qualifications:
