Job description

Title: RMA Material Handler I (Return Material Authorization)

Location: 415 E. Exchange Parkway, Allen, TX

Interview Format: No interview

Schedule: Monday thru Friday

Shift time: 7:00 am - 4:30pm (may fluctuate)

The RMA receiver is responsible for supporting the RMA receiving team with returned product from the customers. In addition, you will be responsible for inventory accuracy, organization and offering support where needed.

Essential Responsibilities

• Responsible for RMA receiving support

• Unpacking boxes of returned product

• Managing work in progress and staging product where needed.

• Keep receiving area organized

• Need to have SAP experience

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Detailed-oriented

• Has strong computer skills and knowledge of various data entry and inventory software programs.

• Must possess sufficient skills to perform basic mathematical calculations

• Must have knowledge of Inventory control

• Must be capable of lifting approximately 50 lbs

• Must have good communication and organizational skills

• Must have ability to work in crowded warehouse environment

Experience:

• Several years of previous warehouse experience

• Looking for a good understanding of warehouse safety regulations, physical dexterity

What are the daily duties of a Receiving Clerk?

• They meet with management staff to go over the expected incoming and outgoing shipments for the day and what needs to get done to prepare for them.

• Throughout their shift, Material Handler will help unload packages from delivery trucks and account for shipments by checking them against invoice details.

• Material Handler will work with other warehouse staff to sort unloaded shipments and organize them on shelves.

What qualities make a good Material Handler?

• A good Material Handler has attention to detail, enabling them to catch shipping errors or identify damages to product packaging.

• They have excellent physical stamina and strength to unload and load shipments.

• They should also be able to work on their feet for most of their shift.

Education Requirements:

Must have HS diploma or GED to be hired on by the client
