Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive video intake assessments to evaluate new members' symptoms, functional limitations, and daily habits, setting the groundwork for effective therapeutic interventions.
  • Design individual treatment programs that seamlessly integrated into the daily lives of members, including practical strategies to manage symptoms of anxiety, depression, and trauma.
  • Provide ongoing support through our digital platform, offering instant encouragement, psychoeducation, and revisions to care plans based on patient feedback and progress.
  • Analyze engagement data and perform clinical assessments to adapt care plans that optimize member outcomes and enhance their quality of life.
  • Celebrate achievements with members, while collaboratively identifying and addressing barriers to engagement, ensuring continued progress in their health journey.
  • Maintain accurate, confidential clinical records in compliance with HIPAA and industry standards, ensuring that all documentation is thorough and up-to-date.
  • Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and healthcare providers, to guarantee integrated and holistic care for all members.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
