As anAssociate Manager,Social Mediaand Influenceryou will play a critical role onSazerac's global communications team by acting as gate keeper and liaison between our brands and their audiences via social media platforms, such as TikTok, X, IG, FB,YouTubeand other communication platforms. You will lead on crafting influencer strategies across priority brands and will oversee all elements of program implementation and execution, including measurement/reporting. In addition, this role will lead in creating compelling social content for priority brands, directing photo shoots, editing video, scheduling posts, developing and analyzing reports to identify key insights for future action, conducting social media listening, channel engagement, community management, as well as mentorship and oversight of junior team members and interns.

What You’ll Do:

  • Implementandoptimizecommunication and engagement strategies for multiple brands across all relevant social media channels to inform and engage the brands' diverse audiences. 
  • Proactively assessthe sociallandscapein an ongoing way;identify,suggestand activatesocial-firstprograms that align withcontent, moments, collaborations, etc. thatrelevant to our consumers 
  • Partner withtotalsocial media team to evolve and refinebest practice social media guidelines and processes to ensure consistency including brand voice and tone. 
  • Build brand affinity and relevance by developing andmaintainingsocial media content calendars; generate, edit, plan, publish and share engaging content in alignment with established strategies. 
  • Creation and/or oversight of social content for use in paid media campaignsand for brand-owned channels. 

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field 
  • 4+ years relevantsocial mediaexperience including advanced understanding of Facebook, Twitter, TikTok,and Instagram 
  • Experienceusing tools to measure social media ROI and create reporting (Sprinklr,Hootsuite, Sprout Social, and Google Analytics, etc.) 
  • Expertiseusing content management tools such asHeyOrca, Sprout Social, etc.

Preferred:

  • Action taker who stays ahead of the curve on new social media trends and best practices - agency experience considered a plus
  • Advanced understanding of Influencer programming and engagement metricsand relevant tools (Tagger, etc.) 
  • Demonstrated active learner with the ability to make independent observations, "connect the dots" andidentifyand resolve problemsin a timely manner

The annual salary range for this role is $66,000 - $100,000. Final compensation will be based on relevant experience, qualifications, geographic location, and internal pay equity considerations.
