Why we're hiring:

The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner - Tech Sales, Commercial, Tech and Data is a senior hands-on recruitment role responsible for delivering high-quality hiring across specialist commercial, SaaS sales, technology, data, AI, product, platform and digital talent within a fast-moving technology-led environment. 

This a 4-month temporary role based in the United States and can be fully remote within the US. Reporting into the Lead Talent Partner, the role will focus on pure recruitment delivery across commercial, SaaS sales and specialist technology roles, with a primary remit covering LATAM, North America and Canada. The successful candidate will bring strong experience hiring go-to-market and sales talent in SaaS or technology environments, alongside the ability to deliver searches across data, technology and digital roles. They will partner closely with senior hiring leaders, HR colleagues and the wider Talent Acquisition team to understand live hiring needs, manage expectations, execute agreed hiring plans, and build strong candidate pipelines across the Americas markets. The role requires excellent time management, attention to detail, strong communication and the ability to deliver multiple vacancies at pace without compromising quality or 

What you'll be doing:

Tech and Data Hiring Delivery 

  • Deliver end-to-end recruitment for commercial, SaaS sales, go-to-market, technology, data, AI, engineering, product, platform, analytics and digital roles across LATAM, North America and Canada. 
  • Execute agreed hiring plans, sourcing strategies, pipeline activity and delivery milestones for specialist SaaS sales, commercial and technology roles in partnership with the Lead Talent Partner and hiring teams. 
  • Build strong market intelligence across LATAM, North America and Canada for SaaS sales, enterprise sales, account executive, sales leadership, customer success, technology, data, cloud, AI, product, engineering, analytics and emerging digital talent markets. 
  • Use recruitment data, funnel insight, candidate feedback and sourcing performance to improve delivery, conversion and candidate quality. 
  • Maintain strong delivery discipline across sourcing, screening, interview coordination, feedback, offer management and candidate close. 

Senior Stakeholder Partnership and Expectation Management 

  • Partner confidently with senior hiring leaders across Commercial, SaaS Sales, Go-to-Market, Technology, Data, AI, Engineering, Product, Platform, Analytics and Digital teams to deliver against approved requisitions. 
  • Provide practical market insight on candidate availability, skills requirements, compensation expectations, location considerations and hiring feasibility. 
  • Build effective working relationships with HRBPs, Finance, Reward, Mobility, Inclusion, Employer Brand and wider TA colleagues to support smooth delivery. 
  • Manage senior stakeholder expectations with confidence, using market insight, data, prioritisation and clear communication to align on hiring timelines, trade-offs and delivery risks. 
  • Provide clear, timely and delivery-focused updates on pipeline progress, risks, blockers and recommended next actions, ensuring strong expectation management with senior stakeholders throughout the hiring process. 

Recruitment Delivery and Operational Excellence 

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned commercial, SaaS sales, Tech and Data roles, from role intake and sourcing through to offer and close, while balancing multiple vacancies and competing priorities. 
  • Drive structured intake, candidate calibration, assessment alignment, interview planning, feedback management and offer processes. 
  • Track hiring performance against key delivery metrics including time-to-hire, pipeline quality, conversion, offer acceptance and candidate experience. 
  • Apply strong time management and prioritisation to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously, keeping hiring activity moving and stakeholders informed. 
  • Maintain consistent hiring standards, process discipline, compliance, attention to detail and execution quality across assigned requisitions. 

Hands-On Commercial, SaaS Sales, Technology and Data Hiring 

  • Personally lead searches across SaaS sales, enterprise sales, account executive, sales leadership, customer success, commercial operations, software engineering, data engineering, data science, AI, machine learning, analytics, product, platform, cloud and digital roles. 
  • Develop sourcing strategies using direct outreach, market mapping, referrals, competitor intelligence, research-led sourcing and talent communities. 
  • Engage and assess candidates who combine SaaS sales or commercial depth with technology market understanding, strong stakeholder credibility, delivery mindset and measurable business impact. 
  • Guide hiring teams through candidate calibration, market realities, compensation expectations and offer negotiation in competitive technology and data talent markets. 

Recruitment Tools, Data and Delivery Improvement 

  • Use recruitment data, market intelligence and sourcing analytics to improve hiring quality, speed and decision making. 
  • Use modern sourcing tools, CRM platforms, automation and AI-enabled recruitment approaches responsibly to improve productivity and candidate identification. 
  • Maintain accurate recruitment data, pipeline records, candidate notes and hiring activity updates in relevant systems. 
  • Identify practical opportunities to improve sourcing, candidate engagement, reporting discipline and delivery execution. 

Collaboration and Team Contribution 

  • Contribute to a collaborative, inclusive and high-performing TA culture focused on delivery quality, pace and candidate experience. 
  • Share market insight, sourcing best practice and candidate intelligence with colleagues across the TA team. 
  • Work closely with the Lead Talent Partner to align delivery priorities, manage risks and maintain hiring momentum. 
  • Act as a positive ambassador for the Tech and Data Talent Acquisition function internally and externally. 

What you'll need:

  • Strong hands-on talent acquisition experience, ideally gained in SaaS, technology, commercial, go-to-market or fast-moving technology-led environments. 
  • Demonstrable experience delivering hiring across SaaS sales, enterprise sales, commercial, customer success, technology, data, AI, engineering, product, platform, analytics, cloud or digital roles. 
  • Good understanding of SaaS sales and technology talent markets across LATAM, North America and Canada, including enterprise sales, account executives, commercial leadership, customer success, software engineering, data engineering, AI, machine learning, analytics, cloud platforms, product and platform roles. 
  • Proven ability to work confidently with senior hiring managers and cross-functional stakeholders, managing expectations, influencing decisions and maintaining delivery momentum. 
  • Strong hands-on sourcing capability, including market mapping, direct outreach, talent intelligence and candidate engagement. 
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use recruitment data to guide delivery activity and improve conversion. 
  • Comfortable using recruitment technology, CRM platforms, talent intelligence tools, automation and AI-enabled sourcing solutions. 
  • Delivery focused, pragmatic and able to balance quality, pace, stakeholder expectations, competing priorities and multiple live vacancies in competitive specialist talent markets. 
  • Excellent communication, judgement, attention to detail, time management, candidate management and follow-through skills.
