Schedule: Monday-Friday  [1/2 day on-site and 1/2 day remote]

Position Details: 60-bed facility. It offers a range of healthcare services, including primary care, emergency and urgent care, and various specialty services such as orthopedics, cardiology, and women's health. Shelbyville itself is known for its rich cultural history.
