• Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations, clearly defining diagnoses and formulating individualized treatment plans.
• Maintain a caseload of 25-30 client visits weekly, conducting sessions via telehealth to accommodate various needs and preferences.
• Document session details, treatment plans, and ongoing progress notes thoroughly in compliance with organizational policies.
• Collaborate with case managers and other professionals, including medical and educational personnel, to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.
• Utilize innovative therapeutic techniques and creative interventions to motivate clients towards achieving and surpassing therapy goals.
• Provide exceptional client service, ensuring a compassionate and respectful environment during all interactions.

In this role, you will work with a diverse client base including individuals, couples, families, children, and adolescents facing various mental health challenges. Your expertise will help clients manage issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship dynamics. You will gain profound insights into the varied experiences our clients face, promoting understanding and acceptance through tailored therapeutic approaches.

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or closely related field.
• Current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, enabling you to clearly articulate complex ideas and strategies to clients.
• Proficiency in managing treatment documentation, including diagnostic assessments, case notes, and treatment plan updates.
• Experience demonstrating appropriate boundaries with clients, ensuring a professional and safe therapeutic environment.
• Familiarity with culturally diverse populations and a commitment to inclusive practice.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check.

• Prior experience in working directly with children, adolescents, couples, and family units, delivering effective counseling services.
• Knowledge of community resources and support systems to enhance client care and intervention strategies.
• Experience in fee collection practices at the time of service is a plus, ensuring seamless administrative operations.
• A history of utilizing telehealth platforms for providing therapy sessions, adapting to technological needs and client preferences.

• Annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications, fostering financial stability.
