• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients’ mental health challenges, utilizing standardized assessment tools tailored to their specific situations.
• Create, implement, and adjust personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, ensuring that their therapy goals are met through systematic evaluations during sessions.
• Utilize secure telehealth platforms to provide evidence-based therapy sessions, employing techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused approaches to address clients' needs.
• Engage in ongoing communication with clients, providing continuous support and feedback while working together to achieve therapeutic goals.
• Maintain accurate records of therapy sessions, progress notes, and treatment adjustments to comply with both ethical standards and organizational policies.

As a Remote Mental Health Therapist with MedCore Mental Healthcare, you will work with a diverse population, including children, adolescents, and adults facing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and more. Our clients come from various backgrounds and may encounter unique barriers to receiving mental health care, making your role instrumental in providing inclusive and equitable access to therapy.

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that foster strong relationships with clients in a remote setting.
• Ability to demonstrate empathy, compassion, and a deep understanding of various mental health challenges faced by clients.

• Previous experience in a remote therapy position or familiarity with telehealth practices and technologies is preferred.
• Experience working with specific populations such as children, veterans, or those with chronic mental health conditions can be advantageous.
• Knowledge of evidence-based practices and therapeutic techniques relevant to diverse mental health issues.

• Competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with caseload and experience.
