• As the LCSW, you will evaluate and treat a wide spectrum of psychosocial issues, applying your clinical skills to assist patients and their families in overcoming challenges associated with mental and physical health conditions.
• You will adhere to professional standards following the NASW Code of Ethics, ensuring that every aspect of your practice aligns with ethical guidelines while promoting excellence in care.
• In collaboration with our multidisciplinary team, you will conduct comprehensive bio-psychosocial evaluations to identify barriers to treatment and develop actionable plans to enhance patients' overall health and access to resources.
• Provide detailed consultations about patients' psychosocial functioning and backgrounds, facilitating the creation of individualized care programs aimed at improving treatment adherence and care coordination.
• Develop, implement, and monitor treatment plans that utilize evidence-based individual and group therapies, ensuring thorough documentation of your activities in compliance with departmental standards.
• Educate patients and their families on medical and social work recommendations, fostering understanding and encouraging active participation in the recovery process.
• Assess and coordinate community advocacy resources that empower clients, emphasizing self-determination to enhance social support networks and overall community health.
• You will be responsible for completing relevant case-related statistics and reports, contributing to the flow of information that supports ongoing quality improvement efforts.
• Stay informed about community resources and remain engaged in professional development to maintain and enhance your expertise.

You will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals facing a variety of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress-related disorders. This role is particularly focused on meeting the unique needs of vulnerable and underserved communities within the Memphis area, striving to reduce disparities in access to quality mental health care.

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited graduate institution and a current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) from the State Board of Social Work Licensure are required.
• Ideal candidates will demonstrate knowledge and skills relevant to providing effective care, with an understanding of human development stages and the ability to navigate cultural differences throughout the treatment process.
• Minimum of one year of clinical experience in health or mental health settings, preferably with a focus on the populations served at our clinic, is essential.

• Experience working with evidence-based treatment modalities and familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems will enhance your effectiveness in this position.

The salary range for this position is between USD 85,000 and 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
