You will craft omnichannel strategies-spanning CRM, email, SMS, web, and mobile app-to help clients unlock the value of their firstparty data and transform it into personalized, connected customer experiences. Thisteamblends analytical rigor, creative problemsolving, and thought leadership, with a strong focus on 1:1 peoplebased marketing.As a senior clientfacing leader, youwouldcultivate trusted relationships, uncover growth opportunities, and ensure that every engagement delivers meaningful value.
