  • $106,878 - 132,206ย based on number of years of experience
Role Overview:We are looking for a motivated and technically sharp Jr. Full Stack Developer to join our growing engineering team in the utilities and energy sector. In this role, you will contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of scalable, data-driven applications that power critical infrastructure solutions.ย You'llย work closely with cross-functionalย teamsย including R&D, operations, and client-facing groups to deliver AI-enhanced software that makes a real impact on how energy isย monitored, managed, and optimized.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Independently write, test, and deploy clean, maintainable code across both front-end and back-end systemsย 
  • Design and consume RESTful APIs that support real-time data exchange between utility systems and end-user applicationsย 
  • Integrate AI and machine learning models into existing and new application workflowsย 
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the full application stack with minimal supervisionย 
  • Participate actively in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives as part of an agile development teamย 
  • Communicate technical decisions and trade-offs clearly to both technical peers and non-technical stakeholdersย 
  • Adapt quickly to evolving project requirements and emerging technologies in the energy/utilities spaceย 
  • Collaborate with R&D and operations teams to prototype, test, and iterate on new featuresย 
Required Qualifications:
  • Successfully pass background check for cybersecurity site access.ย 
  • 2โ€“5 years of professional Full Stack Development experience with a provenย track recordย of delivering production-ready applicationsย 
  • 1+ years of experience in or alongside an R&D environment, with the ability to translate research concepts into functional softwareย 
  • 2+ years of hands-onย proficiencyย in Python, .Net Core,ย ย Go, React, and XJS
  • Demonstrated experience with AI/ML technologies, including model development, LLMs/generative AI, or AI-powered analyticsย 
  • Strong communicationย skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teamsย 
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, agile environmentย 
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with predictive monitoring systems, condition-based monitoring, or real-time alerting platforms โ€” particularly in utility or energy contextsย 
  • Master's degree in Computer Scienceย or a related technical fieldย 
  • Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow,ย PyTorch,ย LangChain, or similarย 
  • Experience with SCADA systems, DERMS, or other utility-specific platformsย 
  • Experience with cloud-based AI/ML services (AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, Google Vertex AI)ย 
  • Understanding of data pipelines or time-series data managementย

  • Successfully pass background check for cybersecurity access requirements.
