• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs, strengths, and available resources.
• Provide individual, couple, family, and group therapy by applying evidence-based treatment modalities that best suit the client's unique situation.
• Utilize therapeutic approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care to facilitate healing and promote resilience in clients.
• Develop and manage personalized treatment plans with clear, measurable goals and interventions to help clients achieve desired outcomes.
• Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless, coordinated care for clients.
• Conduct crisis interventions, risk assessments, and safety planning when necessary, providing clients with immediate support and resources.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment plans adhering to ethical and legal standards.
• Lead group therapy sessions, psychoeducational workshops, and support groups to foster a strong community and enhance therapeutic engagement.

Your work will primarily focus on supporting individuals, couples, and families experiencing a spectrum of mental health issues. By applying your expertise as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will be instrumental in helping clients navigate their emotional challenges, thereby playing a crucial role in improving their overall mental well-being and relationship dynamics.

• Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field from an accredited program.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and assessment skills to build rapport with clients and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

While a minimum of two years of experience in a mental health or outpatient setting is preferred, candidates with relevant clinical training or internships will also be considered. The salary range for this position is competitive, offering between $80,000 and $100,000 annually, supplemented by performance-based bonuses.
