We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team at the Together For Change Center. This full-time role offers a remote work setting, allowing for flexibility and balance while supporting individuals and families impacted by mental health challenges and cancer diagnoses. The position is essential in providing outpatient therapy and is pivotal in fostering the mental well-being of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments of clients to accurately diagnose and evaluate their mental health status utilizing resources such as the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM).
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that incorporate the cultural diversity and special needs of the patient population.
  • Utilize evidence-based practices to facilitate therapeutic interventions that support mental health diagnoses and enhance patient outcomes.
