Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' social, emotional, and environmental challenges, creating tailored service plans that promote their well-being.
• Provide individual and family counseling sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices designed to support clients through their struggles and help them access essential resources.
• Engage in crisis intervention and risk assessment, implementing safety plans to protect clients during critical moments.
• Facilitate collaboration between clients and community agencies to ensure comprehensive support and advocacy.
• Lead community outreach activities to enhance awareness of agency services and extend our reach to those in need.
• Participate in regular team meetings, case conferences, and ongoing training to continuously improve service delivery.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required for this role.
• An active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is essential.

Preferred Experience
