As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Goldfinch Counseling, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to evaluate patients' mental health status, utilizing the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM) as necessary to create personalized treatment plans.
• Developing and executing evidence-based therapeutic strategies tailored to the unique needs of each patient, especially those affected by cancer.
• Monitoring and documenting patient progress meticulously, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and departmental protocols through the use of advanced digital technologies.
• Collaborating closely with patients, families, and other mental health professionals to design comprehensive care plans that reflect the needs and preferences of individuals.
