The role involves scheduled sessions primarily during weekday hours, specifically Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 4 PM, with some flexibility to accommodate client needs.

• Conduct detailed clinical assessments for new and existing clients, applying evidence-based practices to accurately diagnose and develop comprehensive, personalized treatment plans.
• Utilize various therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), tailoring interventions to meet the specific needs of each client.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and accuracy in clinical documentation, adhering to HIPAA regulations and our internal quality assurance protocols.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, which includes psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals, to coordinate care and optimize client outcomes.
• Participate in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to improve therapeutic approaches and share best practices that enhance the quality of care.
• Empower clients and their families by providing education on mental health conditions, treatment options, and accessing community resources that can support their recovery journey.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree from an accredited institution in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• A profound understanding of solution-based psychotherapy techniques to effectively address and provide individualized care for clients.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport and sustain therapeutic relationships with clients from various backgrounds.
• Strong analytical skills to assess individual needs and implement the most appropriate therapeutic methodologies.
