This role is structured as a remote position, allowing you flexibility in managing your caseload and work-life balance. While your main responsibilities will be conducted from home, you’ll have the opportunity to collaborate with our multidisciplinary team through virtual meetings and consultations. Our outpatient office in Plano, Texas, is effectively set up to facilitate electronic consultations and therapy sessions, utilizing advanced telehealth technologies to maintain high standards of care and client confidentiality.

• Conduct thorough assessments and clinical evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans that align with each client’s goals and needs.
• Document services provided according to established clinical and administrative policies, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
• Engage in regular case discussions and provide internal consultations with fellow team members, enhancing the collaborative nature of our interdisciplinary practice.
• Participate in task forces aimed at improving clinical workflows, developing new programs, and refining existing operational processes to elevate service delivery.
• Implement clinical services as required for specific projects or special programs, tailoring your contributions to meet diverse patient needs.
• Meet defined metrics for performance and client engagement to ensure both individual and organizational growth.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor with Clearpath, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse client population, including individuals experiencing conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. Your expertise in various evidence-based treatment modalities will empower you to meet clients where they are and support them through tailored therapeutic interventions. A strong emphasis on a strengths-based approach will guide your practice, fostering resilience and mental wellness.

• A master’s degree in Counseling or a closely related field is required.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas.
• A minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in a clinical setting, including a prior internship experience during educational training.
• Proficiency in building therapeutic alliances, facilitating individual or group therapy, and employing evidence-based practices.

• Certification in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is highly desirable.
• Experience in health psychology, particularly with chronic health issues or pain management.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth platforms to provide comprehensive care.
• Demonstrated skills in conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and engaging clients in goal-setting processes.
