Job description

Blueprint Test Prep/Rosh Review is hiring PA Instructors to join our growing team of educators to be tutors and/or instructors! Our tutors work 1:1 with learners to provide a tailored and strategic study plan as they prepare for the PANCE or PANRE exam. As an Instructor, you will guide students through Live Online week-long crash courses covering high-yield content and exam prep for the PANCE/PANRE exam. Courses will occur periodically throughout the year. Instructors deliver Blueprint's proven methodology and resources with confidence and expertise to a wide-reaching audience of future PAs! Blueprint accepts applications for this position on an ongoing basis.

  • YOU'VE TAUGHT OR TUTORED BEFORE. We love hiring instructors with any sort of educational experience.
  • YOU OBSESS OVER STUDENT OUTCOMES. ย You believe in the power of good instruction. ย You know what's at stake and you understand what it takes to help students succeed. ย You thrive on feedback and can't wait to guide an audience of future PAs.ย 
  • YOU THRIVE TEACHING ONLINE. You get excited about teaching and are comfortable with an online setting. If you are an instructor you speak with confidence and enthusiasm to a large online audience. You can work dynamically with a co-instructor to present content on a wide variety of topics and skills needed to prepare for an exam.
  • YOUR EXPERIENCE AND EXPERTISE SHINES. You have scored 400+ on the PANCE exam with a couple years of clinical experience. You have a passion for academic education and ideally have worked/taught at an institutional level or PA program.ย 

What You'll Doย

    • Secondary Instructor: $75/hr
    • Tutoring Rate: $50/hr

  • Time required:ย 
    • Review course instruction: Low end 5-10 hours per month including prep work, high end 10-20 hours per month
    • Tutoring: low end 3-5 hours weekly including prep work, high end 5-8 hours weekly
